John spent the 4th of July out of the cottage with his parents and family, while I spent the 4-day weekend at work :(

Then a special 2nd birthday party for NICU grad Jade:
Being this cute is exhausting :)
Most days this month it has been too hot to do anything but watch movies and play inside.
Some days we just have jammie days :)
