I made the switch to working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Sparrow. It was a very hard decision to make leaving mother baby, I love working with newborn babies and helping in those first few days of life. But I was ready for the move to working with a more critical newborn. It has been a great change so far, I have learned an unbelievable amount of information in a short amount of time. And I look forward to continuing to help families with their new babies, just in a different capacity now.
